When does the agent reply on its own, and when not?
You decide. Typically it answers standard questions directly, while for complaints, refunds or legal topics it only writes a draft that a team member approves.
What happens when the agent does not know something?
It does not guess. If it finds nothing relevant in the knowledge base, it passes the ticket to your team with a summary. We use those gaps to extend the knowledge base.
How do you handle customer data?
We connect only the data needed to answer, use providers with data processing agreements and document every data flow. If you prefer, workflows run on an EU server with n8n.
