What about privacy and GDPR?
The widget only loads after consent, conversation data is kept only as long as necessary, and every provider is covered by a data processing agreement. For WhatsApp we use the official Business API only.
What does the bot do when it does not know the answer?
It says so openly and offers a handover: a callback, an email to your team or a transfer to a staff member in the chat. It only answers from content you have approved.
Can I change the content myself later?
Yes. The knowledge base lives in a format you can edit without any coding, such as a document or spreadsheet. New opening hours or prices take moments to update.
