Is this GDPR-compliant?
We set up sign-ups with double opt-in, log every consent and make sure each email has an unsubscribe link. If you prefer, we work with EU providers such as Brevo.
Who writes the content?
Your call. We can write everything based on your input, edit your drafts or handle only the technical side and sending. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Can you take over my existing list?
Yes, as long as the contacts gave valid consent. We clean the list during import and agree with you how to handle contacts without documented consent.
