FAQ
Questions about this service
Does the assistant make up answers?
It is set up to answer only from your documents and to cite the source. If it finds nothing relevant, it says so rather than guessing. Errors can never be ruled out entirely with language models, which is why source citations are mandatory.
Will our documents be used to train the AI?
No. We use API access where, under the provider's terms, your data is not used for training, or models hosted in the EU or on your own infrastructure. Access rights from your systems are preserved.
Why is there no fixed price?
Effort and running costs depend heavily on data volume, formats, sources and permissions. After a short call you get a concrete quote, starting with just a prototype if you prefer.
